#TwitterBan: Konga complies to FG order, pauses own handle

Nigeria’s foremost online retail marketer, Konga has announced the suspension of its Twitter handle following ban by federal on the micro-blogging site last week.
Konga has since sent out messages to its registered customers that they may no longer receive messages from them via their official twitter handle @Konga till when the government resolved its difference with the social media companyny.
In a newsletter sent to their customers Konga said:
“Dear Customers,
“Due to the temporary ban on Twitter in Nigeria, we won’t be available to support you via Twitter until the ban is lifted.
